Kennect Building & Design was built around a simple belief: creating a great home should be a thoughtful, collaborative experience. We believe good design starts with listening, understanding how people live, and finding solutions that bring their ideas together. We intentionally take on a limited number of projects. This allows us to stay personally involved, work closely with our clients and trusted trades, and give each home the attention it deserves. Our goal isn’t simply to build more homes. It’s to create homes we’re proud of, with people who value the process as much as the result.
Kennect reflects the way I believe homes should be designed and built. After years in residential construction, I’ve learned that the best results come from taking the time to understand what people want, surrounding yourself with good people, and paying attention to the details. I enjoy the creative side of building just as much as the construction itself. Finding solutions, exploring possibilities, and working through the challenges that make every project different are what keep me passionate about what I do. Keeping Kennect small is intentional. It allows me to stay connected to our clients, our projects, and the decisions that shape each home. — Ken Duhamel
